What is saved
The form saves the work requested, property type, job address and postcode, preferred timing and dates, access notes, contact details, photos, enquiry reference and submission time. A security identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.
AI and email
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiries and photos privately. Cloudflare Workers AI organises the written request into a short job brief. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and the address fields are kept out of the AI input; any personal details you include in the description will still be processed. Photos are kept for human review, not assessed by AI.
The brief, original request and photos are sent to the demo owner's chosen test inbox through the configured email service. The form confirms whether email was sent or only saved. If AI is unavailable, the original information is retained and clearly labelled as not AI reviewed. The electrician remains responsible for checking the request and providing a quotation.
Photos and access
Images are not added to the gallery or made publicly searchable. Avoid including people, documents or unnecessary personal information. The demo owner can remove test enquiries and their photos.
Before customer launch
The business contact, service area, final email destination and retention arrangements must be confirmed before accepting real customer enquiries. There is no marketing sign-up or advertising tracking in this demo.
